Harvest America Simulcast Brings Thousands to Christ

by Connection News | | News

On Sunday, August 26, Calvary Albuquerque opened its doors to over a thousand people for the Harvest America Simulcast with Greg Laurie. The first-of-its-kind evangelism event linked over 900 churches and millions of viewers nationwide for an evening of worship and a powerful gospel presentation.  Pastor Skip opened the service here at Calvary and we then joined Harvest America at Angel Stadium in Anaheim for an opening prayer from Pastor Chuck Smith and music with Jeremy Camp after which Greg Laurie shared a message of hope titled "Is It Possible to Change our Lives?".  At the end of the simulcast, Pastor Skip led fifty-one people in a prayer to recieve Christ.
