Epicenter Conference Begins

by Connection News | | News

On Wednesday, September 12, Calvary Albuquerque hosted the opening night of the 2012 Epicenter Conference.  The sanctuary was filled with the praises of God's people as guest musician Brenton Brown and his band opened the service after which, Skip then welcomed New York Times best-selling author Joel C. Rosenberg.  Joel explained that epicenter is a term that describes Jerusalem as the center of the nations, based on Ezekiel 5:5. He gave us the current state of the epicenter: Though there is darkness, there is also great hope. Joel encouraged us to pray for peace and prepare for war along with the Joshua Fund as they plan to meet people's needs if and when war breaks out in the Middle East.
