What is "podcasting?"

Podcasting, in short, is subscribing to a program that you can listen to or watch WHEN and WHERE you want at your convenience by downloading a file. Broadcasters create MP3 (audio) and MP4 (video) files of their programs and make them available for you to subscribe to and download for free from the Internet. This allows you to automatically receive these programs and listen to them without being tied to your radio or TV.

Why should I subscribe?

Subscribing to Skip's podcasts allows you to automatically receive and listen to or watch any of his most recent teachings. Subscribing to and downloading the podcasts also allows you to create a library of teachings for your personal Bible study and quiet time.

We hope our podcasts are a blessing to you as you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).

How to Subscribe

A subscription to any of Skip’s podcasts will provide you with the message(s) in the form of an MP3 (audio) or MP4 (video) file, which can be played on your computer or media device.

#TBT

by Skip Heitzig |

It’s funny how the past often looks much better than it really was. But it probably looks that way because it isn’t here anymore. The past can be helpful, but only if we learn from it today and use it tomorrow. Before crossing the Jordan River, Moses had his own #TBT with the nation of Israel, first getting them to look backward, then to look around, and finally to look forward and upward. (P.S. This is a good way to live every day.)

Seemingly endless numbers of self-help books line the shelves of every bookstore, but sometimes it's hard to know which sources are trustworthy. What we do know is that the Bible is the ultimate source for truth of any kind. In this two-volume series, Skip explores marriage and family issues through a biblical magnifying glass. Discover God's blueprint for building healthy relationships and a godly home.
